  • ½ CUP SPICY BARBECUE SAUCE
  • 4 HOT DOG BUNS, TOASTED

  1. PREPARE GRILL FOR MEDIUM HEAT (350° TO 400°F).
  2. WRAP 1 BACON SLICE AROUND EACH POLISH SAUSAGE; SECURE WITH WOODEN PICKS, IF NECESSARY.
  3. GRILL SAUSAGES 5 TO 7 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165°.
  4. BRUSH WITH BARBECUE SAUCE AND GRILL 5 MINUTES MORE, BASTING OFTEN.
