  • ½ (1-POUND) PACKAGE FARMER JOHN® PORK TENDERLOIN, CUT INTO 1 1/2-INCH PIECES
  • ½ TEASPOON KOSHER SALT
  • ¼ TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
  • ½ (12-OUNCE) PACKAGE FARMER JOHN® THICK-CUT BACON
  1. PREPARE GRILL FOR MEDIUM-LOW HEAT (300° TO 325° F).
  2. SEASON TENDERLOIN PIECES WITH SALT AND PEPPER.
  3. CUT BACON SLICES IN HALF. WRAP EACH BACON SLICE AROUND EACH PORK PIECE. PLACE PORK PIECES ON SOAKED WOODEN OR METAL SKEWERS.
  4. GRILL SKEWERS 8 TO 10 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL PORK IS COOKED THROUGH AND BACON IS CRISP.
