  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat or regular couscous
  • 1 package FARMER JOHN® Classic Ham lunch meat, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  1. Cook couscous according to package directions; cool slightly.
  2. Stir in ham, dried cranberries and green onion; mix well. Cover.
  3. Top with olive oil and lemon juice.

Swap out couscous with quinoa for even more protein.
