  • 1 (7- TO 7 1/2-POUND) FULLY COOKED FARMER JOHN® BONE-IN HAM
  • 3/4 CUP APPLE JELLY
  • ¼ CUP APPLE CIDER
  • ¼ CUP DIJON MUSTARD
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 350°F.
  2. SCORE HAM INTO DIAMONDS, USING A SHARP KNIFE. STUD EACH DIAMOND WITH A WHOLE CLOVE. PLACE HAM ON RACK IN ROASTING PAN.
  3. PLACE ON MIDDLE RACK AND BAKE 1 ½ HOURS.
  4. MEANWHILE, IN SMALL SAUCEPAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, HEAT APPLE JELLY AND APPLE CIDER 3 TO 5 MINUTES.
  5. REMOVE SAUCEPAN FROM HEAT AND STIR IN MUSTARD.
  6. SPREAD GLAZE EVENLY ON TOP OF BAKED HAM AND BAKE 35 MINUTES MORE.
  7. TRANSFER HAM TO PLATTER AND LET STAND 15 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
