Apple Jelly
3/4 Cup
1/4 Cup
Apple Cider
1/4 Cup
1/4 Cup
Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Score ham into diamonds and stud each diamond with a whole clove. Arrange ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Tent with aluminum foil.

  3. Bake on middle rack 1-1/2 hours.

  4. Meanwhile, in small saucepan over medium heat, cook apple jelly and cider, stirring occasionally, 4 to 5 minutes or until blended and thickened.

  5. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard.

  6. Remove foil and brush ham generously with glaze. Bake an additional 30 to 35 minutes.

  7. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

  8. Twist on a classic: add ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ cup maple syrup and 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves to the small saucepan with apple jelly. Cook as above. For a festive look, garnish ham with fresh herbs and apple quarters dusted with cinnamon.
