  • 1 PACKAGE OF FARMER JOHN® EXTRA LEAN GROUND PORK
  • ¼ CUP HOUSE OF TSANG® GENERAL TSO SAUCE
  • 1 LARGE EGG, LIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1/3 CUP DRIED BREADCRUMBS
  • 1/3 CUP CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO LEAVES
  • ¼ CUP FINELY DICED RED BELL PEPPER
  • ¼ CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 400°F.
  2. IN LARGE BOWL, GENTLY COMBINE PORK AND NEXT 6 INGREDIENTS. SHAPE INTO 1 1/2-INCH BALLS AND PLACE ON LIGHTLY GREASED JELLY ROLL PAN.
  3. BAKE 30 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE, OR UNTIL PORK IS COOKED THROUGH.  ALWAYS COOK PORK TO WELL-DONE, 165°F AS MEASURED BY A MEAT THERMOMETER. SERVE OVER RICE, IF DESIRED.
