BACON BLOODY MARY
That’s right, we’re drinking bacon now. You can thank us later.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 FARMER JOHN® STEAKHOUSE BACON SLICES
- 4 CUPS TOMATO JUICE
- 1 CUP VODKA
- 3 TABLESPOONS PREPARED HORSERADISH SAUCE
- 3 TBALESPOONS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 1/3 CUP FRESH LEMON JUICE (ABOUT 3 LEMONS)
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS CHIPOTLE HOT SAUCE
- 1 TEASPOON CELERY SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER
- GARNSH: CELERY RIBS, PICKLED OKRA, GREEN OLIVES, COOKED BACON SLICES
DIRECTIONS:
- COOK BACON ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWEL TO ABSORB EXCESS GREASE.
- COMBINE TOMATO JUICE AND NEXT 7 INGREDIENTS.
- COVER AND CHILL 1 HOUR.
- DIVIDE MIXTURE EVENLY INTO 4 GLASSES.
- PLACE 1 BACON SLICE IN EACH GLASS. GARNISH WITH CELERY STALKS, OKRA, AND OLIVES IF DESIRED.
