Bacon-Jalapeño Cheese Bombs

  • 16 ounces biscuit dough (1 tube, 8 large biscuits)
  • 6 ounces low moisture mozzarella, can substitute cheese sticks
  • 16 ounces (1 package) FARMER JOHN® CLASSIC BACON
  • 3 jalapeños (large, seeds and stem removed, minced)
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Cook bacon, crumble into pieces and set aside.
  3. Split each of the 8 biscuits in half to make 16 flat disks.
  4. Divide cheese into 16 equal portions.
  5. One biscuit at a time, add a piece of cheese and about a ½ teaspoon of bacon and jalapeño on dough and wrap to create a ball. Make sure you seal it fully. Repeat for each piece of dough.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining bacon and jalapeño.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
