  • 12 slices Farmer John® Classic Bacon, cooked according to package directions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • maple syrup, if desired
  1. Heat griddle pan to medium-high
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together milk, egg and butter. Add to flour mixture. Stir until combined, do not over stir.
  4. Place strips of bacon every 4 inches apart on greased griddle
  5. Ladle ¼ to 1/3 cup pancake mixture over bacon to form long pancakes
  6. Cook 2 minutes or until bubbles appear over surface of pancakes. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until golden brown
