Directions


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Scoop out the core from top of apples, leaving a well. Do not cut all the way through.

  3. Stuff each apple with 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle tops with cinnamon.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, until sugar begins to caramelize and apples are tender.

  5. Top with pecans and bacon and enjoy!
