  • 4 strips Farmer John® Classic Bacon
  • Sliced turkey lunchmeat
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ large avocado sliced
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ½ large avocado
  1. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat and grease with butter or cooking spray
  2. In a small bowl whisk 2 eggs and ¼ cup of milk until fully mixed
  3. Pour egg mixture into the hot skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the eggs
  4. Let cook for 3-5 minutes (or until the top of the egg mixture is fully set) without stirring
  5. Carefully slide the cooked eggs onto the first tortilla
  6. Add two slices of bacon, turkey and avocado slices
  7. Roll as tightly without ripping the tortilla
  8. Slice into rolls
  9. Repeat for the second roll-up
