  • 8 FARMER JOHN® CALIFORNIA NATURAL® Boneless Pork Chops
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Set grill to medium.
  2. Rub chops with olive oil
  3. Rub chops with chili and salt and pepper
  4. Grill until internal temp reaches 145°F (About 5 minutes each side)
  5. Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 minutes in a warm place. Then serve.
