  • 4 oz FARMER JOHN® SPIRAL-SLICED SMOKED HAM
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared pesto
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • 2 pickled sweet cherry peppers, chopped
  • ½ plum tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup of shredded, Provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  1. Mix mayonnaise and pesto in a small bowl and spread over 2 slices of bread.
  2. Add the ham, basil, peppers, tomato and cheese, and place the other pieces of bread on top
  3. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwiches
  4. Toast the sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
