Hot Sauce
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Directions
Drizzle olive oil on a skillet over medium heat and add ham. Cook until ham starts to brown slightly.
Add spinach and onion and cook until spinach is slightly wilted.
Add salt and pepper to the veggies.
Remove from heat and place in two serving bowls.
Top with avocado and eggs.
Add the hot sauce to taste.
