  • 10 ounces diced, FARMER JOHN® ORIGINAL HAM STEAK, diced
  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 2 cups quinoa
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1/4 onion, sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • Hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Drizzle olive oil on a skillet over medium heat and add ham. Cook until ham starts to brown slightly.
  2. Add spinach and onion and cook until .SPINACH IS SLIGHTLY WILTED.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the veggies.
  4. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PLACE IN TWO SERVING BOWLS.
  5. Top with avocado and eggs
  6. Add the hot sauce to taste.
