  • 1 8oz FARMER JOHN ORIGINAL HAM STEAK
  • 2 lbs Velveeta Cheese, cubed small
  • (1) 15 oz can Chili No Beans or 2 cups of your preferred chili
  • (1) 10 oz can diced tomato with chilies
  • (1) 7 oz can green chilis
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Prep to cut your velveeta cheese in small cubes and thinly sliced green onions and set aside.
  3. Cut ham steak in small cubes. In a medium pan, sauté HAM STEAK cubes until golden to caramel color. Set aside.
  4. In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees – stir few times until melted – about 20-35 minutes.
  6. Keep warm to serve.
  7. Perfect Pairing: Serve with tortilla chips and veggies of choice.
  8. Pro Tip: If you have any left, it tastes great next day on your eggs!
