Preheat oven at 350°F.
Prep to cut your Velveeta cheese in small cubes and thinly sliced green onions and set aside.
Cut ham steak in small cubes. In a medium pan, sauté ham steak cubes until golden to caramel color. Set aside.
In a 2-quart casserole dish, mix all ingredients.
Bake at 350°F - stir few times until melted - about 20-35 minutes.
Keep warm to serve.
Perfect Pairing: Serve with tortilla chips and veggies of choice.
