INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CUP FARMER JOHN SLICED HAM, CHOPPED
- 3 OZ. FARMER JOHN CLASSIC BACON, CHOPPED
- 8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 2 TBSP. SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 CUP PINEAPPLE JUICE (DRAINED FROM CRUSHED PINEAPPLE)
- 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
- GREEN ONION (FOR GARNISH)
DIRECTIONS:
- COOK BACON; DRAIN.
- IN A LARGE BOWL BLEND TOGETHER THE CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM AND PINEAPPLE JUICE UNTIL WELL MIXED AND SMOOTH. SPREAD INTO A PIE PAN.
