Hawaiian Hot Dogs with Grilled Pineapple And Teriyaki Mayo
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 FARMER JOHN® BEEF FRANKS
- 6 hot dog buns
- 1/3 cup sliced pineapple
- 1/2 teaspoon grapeseed oil
- Sliced red onions, jalapeño peppers for toppings
TERIYAKI MAYO:
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- Few drops of lime juice
- Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Oil the grate and preheat the grill to high.
- Combine the teriyaki mayo ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
- Mix the pineapple slices in the grapeseed oil & grill until grill marks appear.
- Turn the grill down to medium-high and grill the franks until they are cooked through. Turn them a few times. Toast the buns on the grill.
- Serve the hot dogs with slices of grilled pineapple, cut into smaller pieces, teriyaki mayo, and all of the toppings.
