  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can diced jalapeño peppers, drained
  • 12 ounces FARMER JOHN® THICK CUT BACON, cooked and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and all seasonings to a large bowl. Stir until combined.
  3. Stir in 1 cup sharp cheddar, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, jalapeños and all but 2 tablespoons bacon. Spoon into a baking dish or skillet and spread evenly. Top with remaining cheeses.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and breadcrumbs together and evenly spread on top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
  6. Turn oven to broil and broil for 3-5 minutes, or until top is golden.
  7. Garnish with remaining bacon and serve immediately.
