In a large pan on medium heat, drizzle olive oil & sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add ground pork and cook until brown. Make sure you break the meat into smaller pieces.
Add the soy sauce, water, sambal, sriracha, seasoned vinegar, salt & black pepper.
Continue stirring for 5 minutes. Reduce your burner to low heat, and then add the cashews.
Wash your lettuces, dry and portion them in 18 cups/portions or more if desired.
Top each lettuce wrap with cooked meat and serrano peppers.
Add more hot sauce for extra kick!
