  • 2 lb FARMER JOHN GROUND PORK EXTRA LEAN 95% FAT FREE
  • 12 Garlic cloves, peeled & minced
  • 1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Sambal
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp Seasoned Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cashews, unsalted
  • 2 heads of Bib lettuce, Butter lettuce or any lettuce that you can use like cups
  • 1 serrano pepper, cut thinly in rounds
  • Olive oil for drizzle
  • Chili hot sauce if desired
  1. In a large pan on medium heat, drizzle olive oil & sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until brown. Make sure you break the meat into smaller pieces.
  3. Add the soy sauce, water, sambal, sriracha, seasoned vinegar, salt & black pepper.
  4. Continue stirring for 5 minutes. Reduce your burner to low heat, and then add the cashews.
  5. Wash your lettuces, dry and portion them in 18 cups/portions or more if desired.
  6. Top each lettuce wrap with cooked meat and Serrano peppers.
  7. Add more hot sauce for extra kick!
