  • 1 package FARMER JOHN SMOKED SAUSAGE LOOP
  • 2 pounds frozen tater tots, thawed out
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for drizzle
  • 1 dozen eggs, scrambled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • (1) 16 oz Salsa Verde – or any of your preferred salsa
  • (1) 8 oz mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • (1) 16 oz Sour Cream
  • (6) 12 inch flour tortillas
  1. Cook tater tots according to directions; set aside.
  2. Dice the smoked sausage.
  3. In a large cast iron pan on medium heat, cook sausage until charred a little bit. Then, add scrambled eggs & salt to cook with the sausage.
  4. Warm up flour tortillas, then spread each tortilla with shredded cheese.
  5. Add tater tots, scrambled eggs with smoked sausage, salsa verde, more cheese if desired, and sour cream.
  6. Place your burrito in a hot pan on medium heat, seam side down to seal your burrito. Pro tip: Flip burrito over for color on the other side.
  7. Perfect pairing: Serve warm with tortilla chips and salsa or fresh fruit.
