Wrapped in a warm tortilla and surrounded by cheese, chilies and eggs, FARMER JOHN® Premium Mild Breakfast Sausage and crispy FARMER JOHN® Mild Jalapeño Bacon turn a breakfast burrito into a cocoon of delicious goodness.
- ½ package FARMER JOHN® Premium Mild Pork Roll Breakfast Sausage 16 oz.
- 2 tsp. butter
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup diced green chilies
- ½ cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 6 burrito size flour tortillas, warmed
- FARMER JOHN® Mild Jalapeño Premium Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cook sausage according to package directions.
In medium, non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs. Stir occasionally until almost set. Stir in green chilies and Colby Jack cheese. Stir until eggs are set.
Place sausage, scrambled eggs and bacon down center of each tortilla. Roll up to enclose filling. Serves 4.
