  • 1 package Farmer John® Beef Franks, grilled (or cooked according to package directions)
  • 2 large tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
  • ½ cup finely chopped white onion
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced and zested
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 8 hot dog buns, grilled or toasted, if desired
  • ½ cup crumbled queso or feta cheese
  1. In medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, zest, cilantro and salt.
  2. Arrange franks on buns and pile high with pico de gallo.
  3. Sprinkle with queso.
