  • 1 lb. Farmer John® Boneless Pork Loin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 burrito-sized Mission® flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
  • 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1/3 cup crema Mexicana or sour cream
  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • TABASCO® Sauce
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Season pork strips with salt and pepper; sauté until browned, about 8 minutes.
  2. Divide pork between 4 warm tortillas; top with crumbled cheese, avocado, salsa verde, crema and cilantro. Season with TABASCO Sauce.
  3. Fold up, burrito-style, and serve. If desired, heat on grill until char marks are visible on tortillas.
