2-3 apples (~ 500 g)

DIRECTIONS:
Wash apples and remove the core. Make a shallow cut around the entire circumference of the apple.
Put the apples in a fireproof dish and bake at 400o F until soft, let cool.
Use a spoon to remove the pulp of apples, place pulp in a blender. Add salt and pepper and apple vinegar, whisk well.
Slowly add vegetable oil in a thin stream to the mixture, continuing to beat until it’s the consistency of mayonnaise. Leave to cool.
Sandwich INSTRUCTIONS

Spread apple mayo on each piece of bread. Layer turkey, bacon, cheese, and pear on bread. Spread butter on each side of bread.
Cook the sandwiches in either the preheated panini grill or in heated skillet until crispy and golden brown, about 5 minutes. Place arugula in sandwich and serve immediately.
