  • 1 Farmer John®  California Natural Boneless Pork Butt
  • 2 frozen loaves horizontally-sliced garlic bread, thawed and sliced in half vertically
  • 6 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 3 to 4 cups prepared macaroni and cheese, warm
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

Spice Rub:

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  1. Sprinkle pork with spice rub.
  2. Place roast in 3- to 4-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours). Remove roast from cooker; discard juices. Use tongs or 2 forks to pull pork.
  3. Heat sandwich press. Rub garlic butter interior of bread onto exterior of loaves.
  4. Layer Cheddar and Provolone cheese on bottom halves of bread. Top with pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and Swiss cheese.
  5. Place top bread on sandwiches. Use hands to flatten sandwiches before placing in sandwich press. Cook until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Cut each loaf section in half to serve.
