  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 green pepper, sliced into long strips
  • 1 sweet onion, sliced into long strips
  • ¼ cup broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 buns
  1. Heat grill to medium.
  2. Take 2 pieces of aluminum foil and spread 1 tbsp of olive oil in the middle of each of these pieces.
  3. Put 2 sausages, onion, and pepper on each piece of the foil.
  4. Drizzle broth on the sausages.
  5. Take the two sides of the foil and bring to the middle, fold it over twice and packet it.
  6. Place it on the grill and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Open the packets, remove the sausages and place them directly on to the grill. Cook the sausages for a few minutes on each side.
  8. Serve them on a bun with onion and peppers.
