  • 1 FARMER JOHN 16 oz. SMOKED PREMIUM HAM
  • Few sprigs of cilantro
  • 2 Fresno peppers, thinly sliced
  • 6 Eggs, fried
  • (1) 5oz baby spring lettuce mix
  • 6 Brioche buns
  • 1 tsp Gochujang paste – or your favorite chili paste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  1. In a sauté pan on medium heat, brown the sliced ham (one at a time) to warm it up for about 1 minute on each side.
  2. Meanwhile, incorporate chili paste and 1/2 cup mayonnaise together until thoroughly mixed. Then, set aside.
  3. Fry eggs (one at a time) while warming up your brioche bun in the pan.
  4. Smear each brioche bun with gochujang mayo – top and bottom.
  5. On the bottom of each bun, layer with (in the following order) spring mix, a slice of swiss cheese, ham, a slice of monterey jack cheese, fried egg, cilantro sprigs & Fresno peppers.
  6. Perfect pairing: Enjoy with breakfast potatoes.
