This ultimate summer sandwich is packed with flavor from the hummus-pesto spread to the crispy bacon and juicy turkey. Cool cucumbers, creamy Muenster and grilled-to-perfection sourdough make this a memorable meal!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line baking sheet with tinfoil and place strips of FARMER JOHN® Classic Bacon on sheet in a single layer. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until brown and crispy. Remove from oven and place on paper towel-lined plate to let cool. Set aside.

Preheat grill to medium heat.

In small bowl, whisk together hummus and pesto until combined. Set aside.

Brush both sides of each slice of bread with olive oil to coat. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side or just until grill marks appear. Remove from heat.

Spread an even layer of hummus-pesto mixture on all bread slices. Place 4-6 slices of cucumber each on four slices of bread then layer with 4-6 slices of FARMER JOHN® Thin Sliced Roasted Turkey. Top that with 2-3 slices of Muenster cheese. Add sun dried tomatoes in even layer, then 2-3 slices of bacon. Cover with remaining 4 slices of bread. Slice in half using a serrated knife if serving more than 4 people. Take a big bite and bask in the glory of the ultimate summer sandwich!
